The rear wheel hub B6-04-124 with drive flange transmits the drive torque from the rear axle shaft to the wheel in the BMW 600 and simultaneously serves as the centered mounting for the wheel bearing and wheel mounting. As part of a restoration, bearing seats, sealing surfaces, centering, and wheel bolt sockets should be inspected for wear, corrosion, and warping. For safety reasons, a damaged or worn wheel hub must be replaced with a precisely fitting replacement part to ensure smooth operation and reliable wheel mounting.
