The transmission case cover 2-0083 for the BMW Isetta transmission serves as the load-bearing end cap of the transmission case and, among other things, guides the reverse gear shaft via the pressed-in shrink sleeve. Since this is an unreconditioned used part, sealing surfaces, the bushing seat, and any cracks must be carefully inspected and repaired prior to restoration to ensure a leak-free and play-free transmission.
