The control arm B7-06-025 with M16 x 1.5 thread is a central guide element of the BMW 700’s suspension system and transmits all driving and spring forces to the body. During restorations, old control arms should be critically inspected for possible cracking, corrosion, and warped bearing points, and replaced if there is any uncertainty. A new, dimensionally accurate swing arm is the foundation for correct toe and camber settings as well as safe handling of the restored vehicle.
