The valve guide B7-02-0462, with an outer diameter of 13.2 mm, serves as an oversized replacement for heavily worn intake guides in the BMW 700 cylinder head. During a cylinder head overhaul, it is press-fitted and adjusted to the correct valve stem clearance to optimize valve guide performance, sealing, and heat dissipation. This allows the valve train to be technically restored in a durable and authentic manner during the restoration of the BMW 700.
