The chrome backing B6-07-0215 frames the BMW emblem on the BMW 600 body and distributes the contact pressure evenly across the paint. In combination with the O-ring B6-08-03998, the paint is protected and moisture penetration is prevented, which is important for long-term corrosion protection during restorations. It replaces aged or corroded original frames and restores the original appearance.
