Die Antriebswelle B6-03-0241 für das BMW 600 Getriebe (ggf. auch BMW 700) überträgt das Drehmoment vom Getriebe auf die Antriebsräder und gleicht Bewegungen der Hinterachse aus. Bei der Restauration sollten die korrodierte Oberfläche sorgfältig gereinigt, die Verzahnungen auf Verschleiß geprüft und alle Dicht- und Lagerstellen erneuert werden. So wird ein ruhiger Lauf des Antriebsstrangs und eine langlebige Funktion im Oldtimer sichergestellt.
