The 75.5 mm piston ring set, 3rd oversize (Part No. B6-01-0746) is designed for BMW 600 engines with cylinders bored to 3rd oversize and restores the combustion chamber seal in heavily worn engines. As part of an engine overhaul, it replaces worn original rings, increases compression, and significantly reduces oil consumption. For a restoration-quality repair, precise cylinder measurement, correct ring end-play, and a clean honing pattern are essential.
