The 7-91002 auxiliary dashboard, made of sheet steel, is manufactured exactly according to the original design from the 1950s and 1960s and allows for the clean installation of additional instruments in the BMW Isetta without modifying the original dashboard. During restoration, it provides a stable and vibration-free base for additional gauges, thereby avoiding improper drilling and makeshift mounts. This preserves the vehicle’s historical integrity while still providing a contemporary technical upgrade.
