The rear brake carrier 4-100, as a new BMW part, replaces a worn or corroded brake anchor plate on the rear axle of the BMW Isetta and restores the stable foundation of the drum brake. Especially during a restoration, an intact anchor plate is crucial to ensure that the wheel brake cylinder and brake shoes are guided without play and that the brake operates evenly. Replacing it with this new part increases operational safety and facilitates precise adjustment of the brake system.
