This used 5 J x 13 rim (Part No. B7-06-1346) has been sandblasted and electrogalvanized, making it an excellent base for a new paint job during the restoration of a BMW 700. Although the condition is described as good, the rim has not been balanced or checked for runout or radial runout; therefore, a professional inspection and, if necessary, straightening are required before use. The galvanization provides effective corrosion protection and ensures a durable, technically sound foundation for further surface treatment.
