The release lever B7-05-128 (BMW No. 21511061760 / 21511061761) with a 51 mm bearing tube length transmits pedal force to the release bearing and ensures clean clutch disengagement in the BMW 700 transmission. During restoration, worn bearing surfaces and play in the lever must be replaced with a new part to prevent shifting problems and increased wear.
