Mixing tube No. 6, with part number B7-03-0440, influences the air-fuel mixture in the BMW 700 carburetor and thus the quality of the mixture under various operating conditions. For a high-quality restoration, dirty or damaged mixing tubes should be replaced, as even slight deviations in the bore cross-sections significantly alter engine performance. With a new, calibrated mixing tube, the original tuning of the BMW 700 can be reliably restored.
