The valve guide B7-02-0463 with an outer diameter of 13.3 mm is designed as a large oversize replacement for heavily worn intake guides in the BMW 700 cylinder head. As part of a comprehensive cylinder head overhaul, it is press-fitted into a correspondingly reamed guide bore and lapped to the correct valve stem clearance. This allows the valve train to be precisely and permanently restored during a demanding BMW 700 restoration, even with severely damaged heads.
