The brake adjuster B6-04-077 (inventory number 3-071) with rectangular pressure pieces adjusts the working clearance between the brake shoes and the drum on the front axle of the BMW Isetta and enables precise adjustment. During a brake restoration, worn or seized adjusters should be consistently replaced to prevent uneven braking performance and uneven pad wear. All sliding and contact surfaces must be cleaned before installation and lightly lubricated with suitable brake grease, without contaminating the friction surfaces of the pads.
