The Zenith 28 KL-12 carburetor (Part No. B6-02-0021) ensures the correct preparation of the air-fuel mixture in the BMW 600, thereby significantly influencing starting performance, power delivery, and fuel consumption. During restoration, the jets, throttle shaft, and channels should be thoroughly cleaned, worn components replaced, and all adjustments made according to factory specifications. This used, untested part should therefore generally be considered a base for overhaul.
