The shift fork 2-103 (Part No. 2-99991) actuates the shift sleeve in the BMW Isetta transmission, thereby enabling the selection of the respective gear. During a transmission overhaul, the fork should be inspected for worn fork ends, bent arms, and worn guides, and should be reconditioned if necessary or used only as a sample part. Its used condition makes it particularly interesting for restorers who wish to preserve original components or have them reproduced.
